Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before booking any session with Justine Marie. By booking, paying for, or attending any session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not book or attend any session.
1. Nature of Services and Scope of Practice
Justine Marie provides spiritual services, including but not limited to psychic mediumship readings, Usui Reiki energy healing, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), and spiritual counseling in her capacity as an Ordained Minister.
Justine Marie is not a licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. Her services are spiritual and educational in nature. She does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, nor does she provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
2. Purpose and Entertainment Disclaimer
All sessions, content, and communications are provided for spiritual guidance, personal insight, and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You acknowledge that psychic and intuitive work is subjective. Justine Marie exercises her abilities with integrity and seriousness; however, she does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided in a session. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
In jurisdictions where required by law, all readings and sessions are offered strictly "for entertainment purposes only." Nothing conveyed during a session should be construed as factual, predictive, or actionable advice upon which you may solely rely.
3. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability
All services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justine Marie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to any session, including but not limited to decisions, actions, or life choices you make before, during, or after a consultation.
You acknowledge that you are solely and fully responsible for any and all decisions, actions, and consequences resulting from your exercise of free will following a consultation. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Justine Marie from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services or reliance on any information provided.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to book or participate in any session. By booking, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Justine Marie reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, disruptive behavior, or violation of these Terms.
5. Confidentiality
All sessions, readings, and communications are strictly confidential. Your personal information and session details will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where disclosure is required by applicable law (e.g., subpoena or court order).
6. Booking, Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds
6.1. All Sales Are Final.
All payments, deposits, and session fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid, regardless of whether you attend the session or are satisfied with the outcome. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you are paying for Justine Marie's time, expertise, and energy, which are reserved exclusively for you and cannot be returned.
6.2. Rescheduling.
If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' advance notice. Rescheduling is permitted solely at Justine Marie's discretion and subject to availability. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
6.3. No-Shows and Late Arrivals.
If you fail to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice ("no-show"), the full session fee is forfeited. If you arrive late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time; no pro-rata refunds or extensions will be given for lost time.
6.4. Right to Refuse or Terminate.
Justine Marie reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session at any time if she feels unsafe, if you violate these Terms, or if the session is not conducive to a productive exchange. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
6.5. Chargebacks.
By agreeing to these Terms, you expressly waive any right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution for services rendered in accordance with these Terms, except in cases of demonstrable billing error. You agree to first attempt to resolve any payment dispute directly with Justine Marie.
7. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country/Jurisdiction—consult your attorney], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
8. Acknowledgment and Electronic Agreement
By booking a session, submitting payment, or clicking "I Agree," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, and that you enter into this agreement voluntarily and without duress.
